Characteristics:27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate has good strength and toughness, and can achieve high strength and good plasticity after heat treatment. At the same time, adding boron element can improve the hardness of the material and have better wear resistance.

Usage: 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate is mainly used to manufacture parts and components with high requirements for high strength, high toughness and wear resistance, such as drive shafts, wheels, mechanical parts, etc.

Thermal processing specifications: 27MnCrB5-2 can be subjected to conventional thermal processing, but attention must be paid to controlling the heating temperature, duration and cooling method to avoid problems such as cracking and deformation of the material.

Soft annealing specification: 27MnCrB5-2 can be softened and annealed to improve its processing performance. Typical annealing temperature is 680-720℃, holding time is 1-2 hours, and then slow cooling or air cooling is used to achieve a uniform structure.

Quenching and tempering specifications: For parts with higher requirements, quenching and tempering can be performed to improve their strength and toughness. Typical quenching temperature is 820-870℃, followed by rapid cooling in oil; tempering temperature is 200-300℃, holding time is 1-2 hours.
