Application of JIS Wear Resistant Steel Plate
Power plant: Medium speed coal grinder barrel liner, fan impeller shell, dust catcher inlet flue, ash tube, bucket turbine liner, separator connection tube, coal crusher liner, coal hopper and crusher liner, burner, coal hopper and funnel liner, air preloader bracket shingle, separator guide blade.
Coal mining: Lining of feeding trough and funnel, hopper bushing, fan blade, bottom plate of pusher, coke guide liner, ball mill lining, bit stabilizer, screw feeder bell and its base, lining of kneading machine bucket, ring feeder and bottom plate of a dump truck.
Cement plant: Chute liner, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, powder separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and liner, recovery bucket liner, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipe assembly, frit cooling tray liner, conveyor chute liner, where require wear-resistant steel plates with 8-30mm thickness.
Construction machinery: Loaders, bulldozers, excavators, rotary drilling RIGS and drill pipes need to be made of extremely hard and wear-resistant steel plates.

The main raw materials are granular iron ore and coke, which are smelted into pig iron in the blast furnace. The molten iron is then transported to the steelmaking plant by a "torpedo truck" (a torpedo-like transporter).
The slab is sent to the rolling mill where it is rolled into steel plates. In order to achieve the desired performance of the steel plate, some heat treatment processes such as quenching will be used to further process the steel plate. Various follow-up processes, such as testing flatness, shot peening, spraying anticorrosive coatings, cutting materials, should also be carried out.
The next process will adjust the chemical composition and temperature of the steel to the right value. Then the molten steel will be processed into slab in the continuous casting workshop.
