Production Process of JIS Alloy Steel Plate

Melting: Use electric arc furnace or other furnace type for melting, control alloy composition and gas content, and ensure that the chemical composition of steel meets the standard.
Continuous casting: Obtain uniform slab through continuous casting process to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent rolling process.
Hot rolling: Using high temperature rolling process, the slab is rolled into steel plate that meets the specifications, and the rolling temperature and deformation are controlled.
