Petrochemical industry: Manufacturing equipment such as hydrogenation reactors, catalytic cracking units, high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchangers (design temperature ≤ 550℃), and large storage tanks (requiring resistance to h₂s corrosion environments).

Production Process of GB Pressure Vessel Plate
Steelmaking: Electric furnaces or converters are used for steelmaking to remove impurities from molten iron, and alloying elements such as chromium and molybdenum are added at the same time.
Continuous casting: The molten steel that has been smelted is poured into a continuous casting machine, and after cooling and forming, steel billets are obtained.
Rolling: The steel billets are heated and rolled to obtain steel plates with thickness and width meeting the requirements.
Heat treatment: The rolled steel plates are subjected to heat treatment to improve their mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
