What Is Vessel Plate?
Pressure vessel plate is a steel plate used to manufacture steam boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure vessel structural parts. This kind of steel plate is subject to certain air pressure and water pressure, as well as different temperature environments, such as high, medium and low temperature, so the requirements for this kind of steel plate are stricter.
Product Description
It includes carbon steel, carbon-manganese steel, micro-alloy steel, low-alloy high-strength steel and low-temperature steel. The working temperature is generally between -20°C and 500°C, and can reach 560°C in some cases.

Boiler quality plates for room temperature and medium temperature (below creep temperature) are mostly made of carbon steel, including carbon steel, carbon manganese steel, carbon manganese silicon steel, etc., which are mainly used to manufacture boiler drums, header end covers below medium temperature and other pressure-bearing part.
