15CrMo alloy steel plate after welding heat treatment
The specimens welded in scheme I should be subjected to local high-temperature tempering treatment after welding. The heat treatment process is as follows: the heating rate is 200℃/h, the heat preservation rate is raised to 715℃ for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the cooling rate is 100℃/h, and the air cooling is reduced to 300℃. Specifically, JL-4 type crawler electric heater (1146×310) is used to wrap the weld, and aluminum silicate cotton layer is used for heat preservation, the thickness of insulation layer is 50mm, and the temperature is controlled by DJK-A type electric heater automatic temperature controller.
