SPCE is a steel brand of Japanese steel (JIS standard series), indicating that the deep rolling carbon steel plate and steel belt (roll) are used for deep rolling, which is suitable for deep stretching. There is a deep -rushing purpose with stretching. The deep -rushing performance is higher than SPCC and SPCD. The stamping of stretching is not involved in stretching stamping. The first code represents the material, and S (Steel) represents steel.
The second code indicates the shape type and purpose, and P (Plate) indicates the plate.
The third code indicates the type of steel, and C (Cold) indicates cold rolling.
The fourth code indicates the stamping level, and E (Elongation) indicates the deep drawing level.
Cold-rolled carbon steel plate and steel strip (coil) quenching and tempering code (heat treatment type): annealing state is S, 1/8 hardness is 8, 1/4 hardness is 4, and hardness (standard hardness) is 1.
