What is G550 Coil Sheet?

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a pre-coated steel sheet obtained by a hot-dip Al-Zn coating on both sides of CRC with various strength and thickness specifications as the base material. The content of the aluzinc coating is 55% Al and 43.5%. Zn and 1.5% Si combine the physical protection and high durability of Al and the electrochemical protection properties of Zn. In addition, the surface presents a highly decorative bright silver-gray luster and regular patterns and has a floating convex feeling.

 

Application And Usage:

The Galvanized Steel Sheet is mainly used in industries such as construction, light industry, automobiles, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, and commerce.
The construction industry is mainly used for manufacturing anti-corrosion industrial and civil building roof panels, roof grilles, etc.
Light industry uses it to manufacture home appliance shells, civilian chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc.
The automotive industry is mainly used for manufacturing corrosion-resistant components of automobiles.

Packing and shipping:

For safety seaworthy packing, all coils are to be securely strapped at least 4 places with strong iron strapping or reinforced wrapping by battens or securely strapped by reinforcing band.
And we proceed container packing requirement for orders as below:
1) Wooden wedges (Pre-fumigated, treated and ISPM15 stamped) to be used for all bottom row coils.
2) Coils to be properly secure by wire rod lashing to the hooks/loops at the sides (towards the top) of the container.
3) Diagonal wire rod lashing to be secured from top to bottom of the container, in front of the first row of coils, just towards the container doors.
We can load Max.27MT per 20ft container.
