It mainly adopts the continuous galvanizing production process. That means the cold rolled coils are put into the dissolved zinc bath for continuous galvanizing process.

The hot-dip process is the process by which steel gets coated in layers of zinc to protect against rust. It's especally useful for countless outdoor and industrial applications.

They are mainly used in building roof, door, window, roller shutter doorand automobile's vehicle shell, chassis, door, trunk lid, Oil tank, and fender, and also electric equipments, such as refrigerator base and shell and so on.

All goods will be inspected after finishing manufacture, a series of tests will be carried out, such as

1)Thickness test of BMT&TCT;

2)Width test;

3)Zinc coating test; ( including both Physical Detection & Chemical Detection)

4)Hardness test,
