Products Description
JIS SMA490AP, BP and CP alloy plates are Japanese standard high-strength corrosion resistant structural steel plates.
These steel plates are mainly used in structures and components requiring high strength and good corrosion resistance. SMA490 indicates that the yield strength level of the steel plate is 490MPa, while AP, BP and CP represent different impact temperature levels, where A represents normal temperature impact, B represents lower temperature impact, and C represents lower temperature impact. These alloy plates enhance their corrosion resistance by adding specific alloying elements, such as chromium, nickel, and copper, to the steel plate.
These alloy plates are widely used in Marine engineering, petrochemical, bridge, construction and other fields, especially in the need to withstand high corrosive environments and heavy loads. They not only have excellent corrosion resistance, but also have high strength and good weldability to meet the needs of complex engineering structures.
