M7 Special Alloy Round Bar Products Description
M7 High Speed Steel Round Bar is used to make heavier construction drill bits, where flexibility and extended drill life are paramount. M7 Tool Steel Flat Bar is primarily used for cutting tools in all machining operations. Due to its carbon and vanadium content, this steel has good wear resistance. It is an excellent choice for quality tools that require an excellent balance of red hardness, edge toughness and wear resistance. It is particularly suitable for machining semi-hard, heat-treated steels with a Brinell hardness of approximately 300-350.
