DH40: Similarly, DH40 structural shipbuilding steel plates also have a minimum yield strength of 400 MPa (58 ksi). However, the specific mechanical properties and applications of DH40 may differ slightly from AH40, depending on the manufacturer's specifications. DH40 ship hull steel plates are also commonly used in shipbuilding, particularly in areas where corrosion resistance and strength are both crucial.
