AH40 Structural Steel Plate Products Description
CCS-AH40 is a shipbuilding steel plate with a thickness of not more than 150mm for the manufacture of ocean-going, coastal and inland waterway navigation vessels, fishing vessels and marine engineering structures. CCS-AH40 weldable structural steel plate , as one of the higher quality grades of steel, is mainly used in the construction of large ships and offshore oil drilling platforms, etc., and its structure can be better adapted to the problems of harsh environment, huge design load and very high stress concentration, difficult maintenance and repair, and serious damage caused by sabotage.

UT (Ultrasonic examination), AR (As Hot Rolled only), TMCP (Thermal Mechanical Control Processing), N (Normalized), Q+T (Quenched and Tempered), Z Direction Test (Z15, Z25, Z35) , Charpy V-Notch Impact Test, The Third Party Test (such as SGS Test), Coated or Shot Blasting and Painting.
