DH36 EH36 FH36 Hull Structural Steel Products Description
DH36, EH36, and FH36 ship building steel plates are high-strength ship plates. Shipbuilding steel generally refers to steel for hull structures. It refers to steel used to manufacture hull structures produced in accordance with the requirements of classification society construction specifications.
Material description: D, E, F are quality grades, the impact temperatures are: -20, -40, -60, H is high-strength building materials.
The heat treatment processes of these three materials are different:
DH36 can be used for annealing, hot rolling, normalizing, controlled rolling, TM and other heat treatment processes;
EH36 is generally normalized and TM process;
FH36 generally adopts normalizing, TM, and quenching and tempering processes.
Note: Different thicknesses will require different heat treatment processes.
