T10 Steel Plate Products Description
T10 Tool Steel Plate is a high-speed tool steel made of carbon and tungsten, which has high hardness and wear resistance. It is a type of high carbon steel with a carbon content between 0.95% and 1.04%. The T in the name stands for tungsten, while the 10 represents the carbon content, which is 1.0%. T10 carbon steel is tungsten-based, which is why it is classified as a high-speed steel. High-speed steels are very effective in making cutting tools because of their excellent strength, heat resistance, and durability.
T10 Carbon Tool Steel Plate Scope Of Application
T10 steel has higher hardness and its mechanical properties can be further improved through heat treatment. After proper processing and treatment, T10 steel can be made into various cutting tools, cold heading molds, hot pressing molds, cutting tools and other tools. At the same time, T10 alloy steel sheet is also widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding and other fields.

T10 High Speed Steel Plate Heat Treatment
Normalizing
Normalizing temperature 830~850°C. Air-cooled, hardness 255~321HBW.
Ordinary annealing
Annealing temperature 750 ~ 760°C. Keep warm for 2 ~ 4h, and then cool to 500 ~ 600°C at a cooling rate of <30'C/h, and air-cooled.
Isothermal spheroidizing annealing
1) 750~760°C×2~4h. 680~700°C×4~6h. The furnace is cooled again to 5m ~ 600°C, and it is air-cooled. Hardness≤207HBW.
2) 750~770°C ×1~2h, 680~700°C ×2 ~3h, hardness 163~207HBw, pearlite grade 1~5
