What is a Hardfacing Wear-Resistant Composite Steel Plate?
Hardfacing Wear-Resistant Plate is a bimetal composite material specially developed for extreme high-wear and high-impact working conditions.
It uses high-toughness low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel as the base plate, and deposits a high-hardness chromium carbide (Cr₇C₃) wear-resistant alloy layer on the surface through advanced processes.
This "hard outside, tough inside" structure resists strong abrasive wear from sand, gravel and ore, while absorbing physical impacts from heavy equipment.
