XAR 500 Products Description
Wear Resistant Plate - XAR 500 is available in 3mm to 100 mm solid plates and is made up of fine-grained microstructure. Nitrogen is immersed to form nitrides through Al and, where pertinent, Ti. Offered Xar 500 steel is formable and easily weldable. This steel plate is available for higher abrasive wear and gives excellent toughness properties for reliable performance.
XAR 550 Products Description
The alloy wear-resistant layer of XAR550 wear-resistant steel plate is metallurgical bonded with the substrate. By using specialized equipment and automatic welding technology, high hardness self-protection alloy welding wires are uniformly welded onto the substrate. The number of composite layers is one layer, two layers, and multiple layers. During the composite process, uniform transverse cracks appear due to different alloy shrinkage rates, which is a significant feature of wear-resistant steel plates.
