Products Description
JIS S15CK alloy plate is a low carbon alloy steel plate, also known as S15C or CK15. Its main feature is that it has excellent processing properties and mechanical properties, and is suitable for the manufacture of various structural parts and mechanical parts.
The chemical composition of S15CK alloy plate mainly includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur and other elements, of which the content of carbon is low, usually between 0.12-0.18%. This low carbon composition makes the material have good weldability and plasticity, and is easy to be cold worked and heat treated.
In addition, the S15CK alloy plate also has good machining performance, easy to perform turning, milling, drilling and other processing operations. It also has good welding performance and can be connected by various welding methods.
