Products Description
JIS SUP11 alloy steel is a high-carbon chromium bearing steel, also known as GCr15 or SUJ2. This material is mainly used in the manufacture of rolling bearings because it has excellent wear resistance, high hardness and good fatigue strength.
The main chemical composition of SUP11 alloy steel plate includes carbon, chromium, silicon, manganese and other elements. Among them, the content of carbon is higher, usually between 1.00-1.10%, which makes the material have higher hardness and wear resistance. The addition of chromium can improve the hardenability, tempering stability and corrosion resistance of steel. Silicon and manganese contribute to the strength and hardness of the steel.
In addition, SUP11 alloy steel plate also has good processing properties and heat treatment processability. It can improve the hardness and wear resistance by quenching and tempering treatment, and can also further improve the hardness and fatigue life of the bearing surface by surface quenching or induction quenching.
