GB/T Q550NH Weathering Steel
By adding controlled amounts of copper, chromium, nickel, and phosphorus, the steel develops a stable, dense oxide film-commonly called a "patina"-when exposed to alternating wet and dry conditions. This natural protective layer slows down further rusting, reducing or even eliminating the need for heavy coatings in many environments.
