10CrMoAL is a low-alloy high-temperature and pressure-resistant steel. 10CrMoAL is used in the manufacturing of high-temperature and high-pressure equipment in petroleum, chemical, electric power, boiler and other industries, such as petroleum refining units, chemical reactors, boiler pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc. It can meet the strength requirements and corrosion resistance in high temperature and high pressure environments in these fields. At the same time, it is also widely used in automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing and other fields to manufacture components and structures that withstand high temperature and high pressure conditions.
10CrMoAL characteristics:
High temperature strength: 10CrMoAL has high high temperature resistance strength and can maintain good mechanical properties and thermal creep resistance in high temperature environments.
Corrosion resistance: 10CrMoAL can resist oxidation, corrosion and hydrogen corrosion at high temperatures, and is suitable for equipment manufacturing with corrosive media in petroleum, chemical and other fields.
Oxidation resistance: 10CrMoAL has good antioxidant properties and can be used in high-temperature oxidizing environments for a long time. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature furnaces, boilers and other equipment.

10CrMoAL heat treatment method:
1. Trapped annealing: Heat the processed 10CrMoAL to an appropriate temperature (usually in the range of 860°C-920°C), then keep it warm for a period of time, and finally cool it by air cooling or oil cooling. This process helps eliminate processing stress and improves the material's processability and mechanical properties.
2. Quenching and tempering treatment: The processed 10CrMoAL is heated to an appropriate temperature (usually in the range of 900°C-950°C), and then rapidly cooled (quenched) to room temperature to allow the steel to reach a solid solution state. The steel is then heated to a lower temperature (usually in the 600°C-700°C range), held for a period of time, and then cooled (tempered) in air. This process increases the strength and hardness of the steel while reducing brittleness.
