How to identify the quality of wear-resistant steel plate?

The quality of wear-resistant steel plates should be identified from two aspects: appearance and internal quality.
Appearance Quality:
1. Flatness: the four corners of the flat plate are on the ground;
2. Welding cracks: the interval is even, the cracks are small, and the expansion is not wide;
3. The size of the surfacing layer: the height is flat and there is no obvious unevenness;
4. Welding defects: within a reasonable range;
5. Surface painting: the paint layer is uniform in thickness, whether it is putty, etc.;
6. Cutting edges around: linear, no burr; large plasma cutting machine is well formed.
Intrinsic quality:
1. Thickness of wear-resistant layer: measured after grinding, if the surfacing layer is obvious, multi-point measurement is taken to obtain the average value;
2. The total thickness of the steel plate: controlled within the allowable range, ±0.5㎜;
3. Hardness: within the required range, HRC55-62;
4. Composition: If possible, measure and detect alloy composition;
5. Metallographic: If possible, do metallographic analysis.
