NM600 wear-resistant steel plate is a high-hardness, high-strength wear-resistant material with a Brinell hardness of approximately 600 HBW, suitable for various high-wear environments. With a yield strength of no less than 1200 MPa and a tensile strength of no less than 1400 MPa, this material exhibits excellent mechanical properties. GNEE offers bimetallic wear-resistant steel plates with a hardness range of HRC58-63, plasma-cut, and sizes of 1400 x 3400 mm. A variety of thicknesses are available, including 12 mm and 610 mm.

The implementation standard of NM600 steel plate is GB/T 24186-2022 "High-strength wear-resistant steel plate and steel strip for engineering machinery".

NM600 Steel Delivery Condition
The delivery condition of NM600 wear-resistant steel plate can be adjusted according to customer requirements and production processes. Common delivery conditions include:

· Quenched: Achieves high hardness and wear resistance, but relatively low toughness.

· Quenched + Tempered (Quenched and Tempered): Balances hardness and toughness, improving overall mechanical properties.

· TMCP + Tempered: Improves the strength and toughness of the steel plate through controlled rolling and controlled cooling combined with tempering.

· Tempered: Directly tempered to achieve the desired combination of hardness and toughness.

· Hot-Rolled: Delivered directly after hot rolling without further heat treatment.

NM600 Steel Surface Quality
NM600 steel plate must not have surface defects such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folds, and inclusions. Delamination is prohibited. Cleaning of these surface defects is permitted. The cleaning depth, measured from the actual plate dimensions, must not exceed half the plate thickness tolerance, and the minimum plate thickness must be maintained. The cleaned defect area should be smooth and without sharp corners.
