P20 is a pre-hardened plastic die steel, American grade. Standard: AISI-p20 GS-2311 ASSAB-618. Pre-hardened plastic die steel. Widely used in China, factory hardness HRC30~42, suitable for large and medium-sized precision molds, suitable for long-term production of high-quality plastic molds. This steel has good machinability and can be generally polished.
Plastic die steel is mainly represented by P, which is divided into five categories. Carburized plastic die steel: P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6.
