Stainless steel pipe processing technology four steps
The processing of stainless steel pipes is mainly to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation, so as to achieve the purpose of extending its service life. Stainless steel pipe processing technology includes four aspects:
1, pickling passivation: pickling passivation can make the inner and outer walls of stainless steel pipe produce a thin and dense, hard passivation film, the existence of passivation film is the root cause of stainless steel pipe to prevent corrosion.
2, bright solid fusion: stainless steel pipe after forming, welding process, must go through 1050 degrees of solid fusion treatment, in order to eliminate the stainless steel pipe due to deformation caused by the internal stress, reduce stress corrosion, can restore the intergranular changes in the welding process.
3, gas protection welding: Under gas protection, the chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel will not be oxidized during welding, retaining the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
4, sealing material: sealing material is the key point of the service life of stainless steel pipe, the service life of sealing material determines its service life. Using chlorinated butyl sealing ring, the physical properties of the material are much higher than the rubber compound.
