The aluminum alloy die casting mold is heated at (1070±10) ℃ after oil cooling, and then treated by high temperature quenching + high temperature isothermal rapid uniform spheroidization after equalizing temperature at 860℃, and then by vacuum quenching and ion nitrogen carburizing composite treatment, the service life can reach 380,000 pieces.

The mold of automobile axle sleeve is treated by high temperature normalizing + high temperature annealing + quenching + precooling + tempering, and the hardness is 38HRC.
