A fence can improve curb appeal, provide security, increase your privacy, and offer protection from the elements. When you build a fence, it is important to choose suitable material-corten steel.
Have you ever heard of corten steel? Corten-steel-is typically used for landscaping and outdoor construction. It is made with alloys that cause its surface to develop a self-protecting rust when exposed to weather.

The insulating patina resists corrosion, requires no painting or weather-proofing, and doesn't compromise structural strength.
There are several reasons to choose corten steel fence:
1.Low cost.Compared with stainless steel, corten steel cost is lower. It is only around one-quarter of stainless steel. So to build a corten steel fence is more economical.
2.Good corrosion resistance.Different from common carbon steel, corten steel will form a rust layer which protect fence from atmospheric corrosion.

The weathering and anti-corrosion property of corten-A is 5-8 times as high as common steel.Corten-B is 4 times as high as common steel.
3.Distinct space demarcation capacity. Owing to corten steel's high strength and tenacity, it does not have many limitations like bricks and stones. Hence, it could be used to separate space exact and clear, very practical for buliding a fence.
