The annealing temperature is 790-840℃, the heat preservation is 2-3h, the furnace is cooled to 500℃, the oven is air-cooled, the hardness is 196-229HBW.
65Mn heat treatment process steel wire cold drawing intermediate annealing specification:
1) Traditional periodic spheroidizing annealing process
Return temperature 750℃, heat preservation 2h, furnace cooling to the temperature (680±10) ℃, heat preservation 3h, and then furnace cold play oh 550℃, air cooling, low production efficiency, oxidation and decarbonization rate of 22-40%, surface hardness and elasticity can not meet the requirements.
2) New process of incomplete annealing
Annealing temperature (740±10) ℃, heat preservation for 4h, furnace cold after 550℃, the oven air cooling.
Tensile strength 600-620MPa, elongation 53.5-40%, hardness 209-214HBW.
The metallographic structure is spherical pearlite + a small amount of punctate pearlite. Shorten the production cycle and save energy.
65Mn heat treatment process of cold rolled steel strip annealing process:
1) Traditional annealing process
Annealing temperature 730℃, hold for 13h, then the furnace cold hit 650℃, the oven air cooling.
2) New annealing process
Annealing temperature (860±10) ℃, insulation 45-60min, furnace cooling to (750±10) ℃, insulation 3-3.5h, after the furnace cooling to 650-660℃, the pile cold or add insulation slow cooling.
The metallographic structure meets the requirements: pearlite casting is 2.5-6 grades, which is subject to 4 grades, and the efficiency of the process is improved by 80-100%.
Specification for optimum spheroidizing annealing of 65Mn heat treatment process
760℃-30min heat preservation, and then at a cooling rate of 20℃/h to 700℃*6h furnace cooling, to obtain a complete spheroidized structure (4 grades), uniform size.
65Mn heat treatment process normalizing specification:
Normalizing temperature (810±10) ℃, air cooling.
65Mn Heat treatment process ordinary quenching, tempering specifications:
Quenching temperature (830±10) ℃, oil cooling, tempering temperature (540±10) ℃, water and oil cooling.
