The bottom of the bucket with wear strips to increase strength, bucket bolt and bucket bolt rod are easy to wear parts, it is best to use wear-resistant steel processing. To improve the work of the bucket, the forearm is slightly higher than the rear wall. In order to facilitate unloading and avoid blocking the bucket with large rocks, the lower part is wider than the upper part. In order to avoid the lower forearm wear protruding forward, high strength wear-resistant steel plates are welded inside the bucket to prevent bucket wear.
In the selection of wear-resistant steel, if the budget allows, you can use more imported wear-resistant steel, such as JFE EH series wear-resistant plate, according to the hardness of the material in contact, as appropriate, JFE-EH400, JFE-EH500 and other models can meet most of the working conditions.
