Scientific researchers have studied the behavior and structural changes of inclusions in 8Cr13MoV martensitic stainless steel for knives and scissors under different current intensity and cooling intensity conditions during the electroslag process.
Research shows that after electroslag remelting, the main inclusions in 8Cr13MoV steel are MnS, TiN, Al2O3 and composite inclusions with Al2O3 as the core and (V, Ti)N as the periphery; the current intensity and cooling intensity of the electroslag process The change of has no effect on the type of inclusions; as the electroslag remelting current intensity increases, the number ratio and area ratio of inclusions in the electroslag ingot decreases, and the number of smaller-sized inclusions in the inclusion particle size distribution increases; as the electroslag remelting current intensity increases, As the cooling intensity of electroslag remelting increases, the number ratio of inclusions remains basically unchanged, the area ratio decreases, the number of smaller-sized inclusions in the inclusion particle size distribution increases, and the inclusions are refined.
