Influence of asymmetric wear-resistant plate shape on strip deviation in continuous annealing furnace
Due to the development of the limit specification of cold rolled products in the direction of wide and thin, in order to improve the production efficiency, the strip steel in the continuous annealing furnace must have a higher passing speed, and the speed limit and broken strip accidents caused by strip deviation are more prominent, which seriously limits the stability of continuous annealing production. There are many factors affecting the deviation of wear-resistant plate and strip steel in continuous annealing furnace, including equipment factors and incoming wear-resistant plate shape factors. Through the study of strip deviation in a continuous annealing furnace, it is determined that the main reason of strip deviation in this production line is the asymmetric shape of the wear-resistant plate.
The cold-rolled strip steel with asymmetric wear-resistant plate shape defect is prone to deviation when running in continuous annealing furnace, especially the influence of unilateral wave is more obvious.
In order to evaluate the asymmetry of wear-resistant plate shape defects, an evaluation index of wear-resistant plate shape asymmetry was proposed, and through the comparative analysis of the actual deviation data and the asymmetry, it was found that when the average value of wear-resistant plate shape asymmetry of a certain strip steel exceeded 0.5, the strip steel was easily deviated. Accordingly, the wear-resistant plate shape control standard of the received material in the continuous annealing production line was formulated. The number of strip deviation broken accidents in continuous annealing furnace caused by wear-resistant plate shape defects decreased from 8 to 3 times per year.
