Influence of hot rolling process on slag rolling and surface warping defects of ultra-low carbon wear-resistant plate
With the progress and development of steel production technology, a number of hot continuous rolling and cold continuous rolling production lines at home and abroad have been put into operation, the quality of cold and hot rolled steel plate products has been significantly improved, and the requirements of steel downstream enterprises for the surface quality of steel plates have been continuously improved, which have put forward higher requirements for steel enterprises. Wear-resistant plate is a kind of steel with high added value and good deep drawing performance, which has been widely used in the manufacture of automobiles, construction machinery, production and living products.
From the perspective of hot rolling process, researchers analyzed the surface slag and surface warping defects of ultra-low carbon wear-resistant plate, and studied the influence of different hot rolling process parameters on these defects.
The results show that the incidence of slag rolling and surface warping defects of wear-resistant plate decreases with the increase of furnace temperature, and decreases with the increase of furnace time. The incidence of slag rolling and surface warping defects basically decreased with the increase of baking temperature, but the Minitab data analysis showed that the influence of baking temperature was not significant. The influence of temperature and time in furnace on slag rolling and surface warping defects of wear-resistant plate is greater.
