Notice the physical properties of 9 kinds of wear-resistant plates
① Thermal expansion coefficient of wear-resistant plate: The change of material measurement element caused by temperature change. The coefficient of expansion is the slope of the dilatation-temperature curve, the instantaneous coefficient of expansion is the slope at a specific temperature, and the average slope between two specified temperatures is the average coefficient of thermal expansion. The coefficient of expansion can be expressed in terms of volume or length, usually in terms of length.
② wear-resistant plate density: The density of the substance is the mass per unit volume of the substance, the unit is kg/m3 or 1b/in3.
(3) Elastic modulus: When the force applied to the two ends of the unit length can cause the unit change of the object in length, the force required on the unit area is called the elastic modulus. The unit is 1b/in3 or N/m3.
④ Wear plate resistivity: The resistance measured between the two opposite sides of the cubic material per unit length, expressed in Ω/m,μΩ/cm or (spent)Ω/(circularmil.ft).
⑤ Wear plate permeability: no dimensional coefficient, indicating the degree of material easily magnetized, is the ratio of magnetic induction strength and magnetic field strength.
⑥ Melting temperature range: determine the temperature at which the wear-resistant plate alloy begins to solidify and ends.
⑦ Specific heat of wear-resistant plate: the heat required to change the temperature of the material per unit mass by 1 degree. The specific heat is the same in both the imperial and CGs systems, because the unit of heat (Biu or cal) depends on the amount of heat required to increase one degree per unit mass of water. The value of specific heat in the SI system is different from that in the imperial or CGS systems because the unit of energy (J) is defined differently. The units of specific heat are Btu(1b/0F) and J/(kg/k).
⑧ wear-resistant plate thermal conductivity: a measure of the rate of material heat conduction. When a temperature gradient of 1 degree per unit length is established on a material per unit cross-sectional area, then the thermal conductivity is defined as the heat transmitted per unit time, and the thermal conductivity is expressed in Btu/(h/ft/0F) or w/(m/K).
Thermal diffusivity of wear plate: It is a performance to determine the forward rate of the internal temperature of the substance, and it is the ratio of the product of thermal conductivity and density, and the thermal diffusivity unit is expressed in Btu/(h/ft/0F) or w/(m/k).
