P355Q is a European standard container plate, P355QH is a quenched and tempered weldable fine grain steel, basic purpose steel plate
P355Q execution standard: EN10028-6, number: 1.8867, P355QH is a professional alloy steel, steel for pressure-bearing equipment, with good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance.
P355 is divided into four steel grades:
a) Basic series (P355Q);
b) Series with high temperature characteristics (P355QH);
c) The low-temperature performance of the series is reduced to -40°C (P355QL1);
d) The low-temperature performance of this series of products can be reduced to -60°C (P355QL2)

P355Q steel plate surface quality
1. Defects harmful to use such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folds and blends are not allowed on the surface of the steel plate. There should be no delamination on the surrounding surface of the steel plate. If there are any above-mentioned surface defects, treatment is allowed. The treatment depth shall be calculated from the actual standard of the steel plate and shall not exceed half of the tolerance of the steel plate thickness. The minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be ensured. The defective area should be smooth and without edges.
2. Other defects are allowed to exist, and their depth shall not exceed half of the allowable thickness of the steel plate calculated from the actual specification of the steel plate, and it shall be ensured that the thickness of the steel plate at the defect is not less than the allowable minimum thickness of the steel plate.
The grades in the EN10028-6 standard are divided into four categories
1. Basic uses: P355Q, P460Q, P500Q, P690Q
2. High temperature performance: P355QH, P460QH, P500QH, P690QH
3. -40℃ low temperature performance: P355QL1, P460QL1, P500QL1, P690QL1
4. -60℃ low temperature performance: P355QL2, P460QL2, P500QL2, P690QL2
