API 2W Offshore Plate Products Description
API 2W steel plate for offshore structure is a thermomechanical rolled (TMCP) steel plate for marine structures, which is a hull plate for American offshore platform structures. API 2W naval steel delivery status: should be produced using the thermo-mechanical rolling (TMCP) process. TMCP refers to a rolling method that strictly controls the reduction and rolling temperature. In order to obtain the specified mechanical properties, rapid cooling can be performed by strictly controlling the temperature immediately after the rolling is completed.
