Products Description
ASTM 25CrMo4 alloy steel is an alloy structural steel with high strength, toughness and hardenability.25CrMo4 alloy structural steel has excellent thermal processing properties, can be processed and modified by forging and quenching and other ways, can obtain different strength and toughness of steel. When processed at high temperatures, the hardness of the steel is not easy to reduce, and it can maintain strength and toughness at high temperatures. At the same time, the steel also has high corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of many corrosive media.
It is mainly used in the manufacture of non-corrosive media and working temperature below 250℃, containing nitrogen and hydrogen mixture of high pressure pipes and various fasteners, more advanced carburized parts, such as gears, shafts and so on. In addition, 25CrMo4 alloy steel also has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, machinability and cold strain plasticity, and is generally used in the state of carburizing or quenching.
