Products Description
JIS G3119 is the standard for steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels specified in the Japanese Industrial standard.
It mainly covers various steel plates used in the manufacture of boilers and pressure vessels, which have excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and can meet the requirements of use in harsh environments such as high temperature and high pressure. The JIS G3119 standard includes different grades of steel plates, each with its own specific chemical composition, mechanical properties and uses.
JIS G3119 specification include steel grades SBV1A, SBV1B, SBV2, SBV3. Steel plate application of this specification is to manufacture pressure vessels for high pressure equipment, it shall not be used for high temperature environment. As a kind of low alloy steel, steel grades of this specification has very good toughness and weld performance, alloy element can be added according to agreement.
