JIS G3103 SB410 Products Description
SB410 alloy plate is an alloy steel plate, with excellent strength, toughness and welding properties, often used in the manufacture of petrochemical, gas separation and storage and transportation equipment pressure vessels, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power stations, boilers and other occupations. Boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers have used SB410 reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells and so on.
JIS G3103 SB450 Products Description
The SB450 alloy plate is also an alloy steel plate that has higher yield strength and tensile strength compared to the SB410, and is therefore suitable for the manufacture of pressure vessels requiring higher load carrying capacity. Its chemical composition and mechanical properties are similar to SB410, but the alloying element content and heat treatment process may be different to meet higher performance requirements. SB450 is mainly used in the manufacture of single-layer welded container equipment, multi-layer wrapped container equipment and other two, three types of pressure vessels and low-temperature pressure vessels, widely used in petroleum machinery equipment, chemical power plant equipment, power station electrical equipment, pressure components and other very wide range of uses.
