Products Description

JIS SUP10 alloy steel plate is a high carbon alloy steel, also known as SUP10 or G10800. This material is mainly used in the manufacture of various springs and elastic components because it has a high elastic limit, fatigue limit and good toughness.

The main chemical composition of SUP10 alloy steel plate includes carbon, silicon, manganese and other elements. Among them, the content of carbon is higher, usually between 0.96 and 1.07%, which makes the material have higher hardness and strength. The addition of silicon and manganese helps to improve the toughness and fatigue resistance of steel.

It should be noted that due to the high carbon content and hardness of SUP10 alloy steel plates, appropriate cooling measures need to be taken during processing to prevent cracks or deformation of the workpiece. In addition, attention should also be paid to the lubrication and maintenance of the spring during use to ensure its long-term stable operation.
