What's the difference between NM300TP and NM400?
NM300TP steel plate has a yield strength of ≥600 MPa, a tensile strength of ≥900 MPa, and a Brinell hardness of 270-350 HBW. NM400 wear-resistant steel plate has a yield strength of ≥1000 MPa, a tensile strength of ≥1200 MPa, and a Brinell hardness of 370-430 HBW. NM400 offers higher strength and hardness, as well as superior wear resistance.
Processing Difficulty: NM300TP steel plate has relatively low strength, making it easier to process, such as cold bending and welding. However, due to its higher strength and hardness, NM400 wear-resistant steel plate has higher requirements for tools and molds during processing, requiring greater processing forces and careful attention to preventing problems such as work hardening and cracking.
