Why is hot rolled stainless steel medium plate corrosion resistant?

1.Stainless steel hot rolled sheet refers to the steel plate that is resistant to corrosion by weak media such as atmosphere, steam and water, while acid-resistant steel plate refers to the steel plate that is resistant to corrosion by chemically impregnating media such as acid, alkali and salt. Stainless steel hot rolled plate has been introduced since the beginning of this century, and now has a history of more than 90 years. Rolling at room temperature is generally understood as cold rolling, from the point of view of metallurgy, lower than the rolling at the crystallisation temperature for cold rolling.

2. Stainless steel hot rolled sheet is a slab (mainly for continuous casting billet) as raw material, after heating by the roughing unit and finishing unit made of strip. Hot steel strip from a mill behind the finishing mill through the laminar flow cooling to a set temperature, by the coiler rolled into a coil of steel strip, cooled coil of steel strip, according to the different needs of the user, after different finishing lines (flattening, straightening, cross-cutting or longitudinal cutting, inspection, weighing, packaging and marking, etc.) to become a steel plate, flat rolls and longitudinal cutting of steel strip products.
