Heat treatment:
1. Solution treatment: Heat 12CrMoVA to 950°C-1050°C, keep it warm for a period of time and then cool quickly to improve its hardness and strength.
2. Normalizing treatment: After solution treatment, 12CrMoVA is heated to 680°C-720°C and kept for a period of time, and then quickly cooled by water cooling or oil cooling. This results in the right combination of strength and toughness.
