F35VS non-quenched and tempered steel composition
F35VS/YF35V non-quenched and tempered steel has high strength and hardness, making it suitable for applications that need to withstand greater loads and wear. F35VS has good processability and can be used for plastic deformation, cold stamping, cutting and other processing operations through various processing methods.
After proper heat treatment, F35VS can have high hardness and wear resistance, and is suitable for working conditions that require resistance to wear and friction.

Because F35VS has high strength and hardness, it is often used to manufacture engineering structural parts, mechanical parts, gears and other parts that need to withstand greater pressure and load.
F35VS is also often used to make springs because its strength and toughness make the springs have good elasticity and durability.

F35VS heat treatment steps:
1. Tempering treatment: First, heat F35VS to the tempering temperature range, usually between 300 and 700 degrees Celsius. Maintain at tempering temperature for some time and then cool down by appropriate cooling. The purpose of tempering is to reduce the hardness and improve toughness of steel to increase its usability and impact resistance.
2. Quenching treatment: Heat F35VS to the critical quenching temperature, which is the austenitizing temperature. It is held at this temperature for a period of time and then rapidly cooled, usually using a quenching medium such as water, oil or air. The purpose of quenching is to produce a hard martensite structure in the steel and increase its strength and hardness.
3. Normalizing treatment: In some cases, normalizing treatment can be selected to adjust the structure of F35VS non-quenched and tempered steel. This treatment heats the steel to the appropriate temperature range, holds it for a period of time, and then cools it down through appropriate cooling. The purpose of normalizing is to improve the uniformity of steel and reduce internal stress.
