4. 13CrMo44 steel plate production and cutting process:
Production process: primary refining → LF refining → VD treatment → continuous casting (mold casting) → cleaning, heating → rolling → (stacking) → surface inspection → batch → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting and sampling → performance inspection → warehousing.
Cutting process: After the 13CrMo44 steel plate is shipped out of the factory and all performance indicators meet the requirements, it is carried out according to the cutting process. It can be cut and processed and the drawings are blanked. Generally, when the thickness of the steel plate is not greater than 20mm, CNC plasma cutting or CNC laser cutting is preferred. If the thickness of the steel plate If it is larger than 30mm, CNC flame cutting is usually chosen, which can control cutting accuracy and time.
