Under normal circumstances, the wear-resistant steel plate has a flat surface and uniform weld pattern, which is a qualified product, otherwise it needs to be repaired. For example, if there is a ring of Raven on the surface of the wear-resistant steel plate, it must be repaired in time, and ordinary welding wire can be used. Unless it is the wear-resistant layer repair of wear-resistant steel plate, special welding wire should be used for repair, otherwise the quality will be affected.
Repair and inspection of qualified wear-resistant steel plates can be put into use, and sometimes due to serious defects of wear-resistant steel plates that cannot be adjusted through repair, they can only be scrapped. In order to reduce waste, defects should be avoided as much as possible.
