GNEE's Production and Delivery Task

Recently, GNEE's heavy and wide plate production line has successfully completed the production and delivery of 500 tons of American Standard ship plates. This project is a combination of challenges and highlights: it not only involves strictly complying with the user's detailed requirements for surface marking and engraving of the steel plates, but also ensuring the smooth operation of the entire production process.

During the production and delivery of these 500 tons of American Standard ship plates, the customer put forward extremely strict requirements on the precision and standardization of the spray-painted marks on the ship plate surfaces. These requirements cover multiple details, such as the customer's English name mark, the necessary ship plate certification marks, and the engraved marks on the steel plate surfaces. The production line team had to strictly follow the customer's requirements and American Standard specifications to ensure that the clarity, depth, and position of each mark met the specified standards.
